Finland's President Alexander Stubb on Wednesday visited Ukraine and signed with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a 10-year agreement on security cooperation and long-term support between the two countries, Stubb's office said in a statement.
The accord covers security cooperation and long-term support including backing for Ukraine's defense and security and for Ukrainian reforms and reconstruction, according to the statement.
Finland will send it a further 188 million euros ($203 million) in military aid, Stubb said at a joint press conference with Zelenskyy, taking the total Finnish contribution to Ukraine's defense since 2022 to around 2 billion euros.
