Strong earthquake rocks Taiwan, collapsing buildings and causing tsunami


A magnitude-7.3 earthquake jolted Hualien County in China's Taiwan region at 7:58 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. China's Natural Resources Ministry issued a level-1 tsunami alert after the quake.
