Chinese President Xi Jinping spoke with U.S. President Joe Biden at the request of the latter. In Tuesday's phone call, Xi told Biden that China-U.S. ties are stabilizing as officials from both sides act on the leaders' agreements reached at their San Francisco meeting last November.
