The Russia-NATO relations are "predictably and deliberately" deteriorating and all channels of dialogue between them have been brought to a "critical zero" level by Washington and Brussels, RIA news agency quoted Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko as saying.
He added that Russia had no intention to start a military conflict with NATO or its members.
