The 100-mile azalea forest in Bijie City, Guizhou Province is the largest, most diverse and best-preserved primitive azalea forest in the world, is known as "the most beautiful colorful belt on the Earth."

Various kinds of azaleas bloom colorfully, attracting tourists from mid-March to the end of May every year. In recent years, the area has gradually formed into a combination of agriculture and tourism to create a "flower-appreciation economy," a national model of rural tourism development and rural revitalization.
