The death toll has risen to 12, and over 1,000 people have been injured after a magnitude-7.3 earthquake struck China's Taiwan region on Wednesday. Rescuers are still looking for 16 missing people while attempting to extricate 682 people who are still trapped. Over 400 aftershocks have been recorded since Wednesday's earthquake.
