United States Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen delivered a speech on Friday in which she voiced firm opposition to China-U.S. "decoupling" during an event in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou. Yellen is in Guangzhou for her six-day visit to China scheduled from April 4 to 9.
