Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah accepted on Sunday the resignation of the government submitted by the prime minister. He instructed the members to act as caretakers until the formation of a new cabinet, Kuwait News Agency reported.
