A boat was hijacked by armed militants on Thursday off the coast of Haiti as it was traveling from Port-au-Prince to Cap-Haïtien, Haiti 24 reported.
The Haitian coast guard exchanged fire with the ship on Saturday and killed several militants, the report added.
