The World Food Program (WFP) released a report on Sunday, warning about food insecurity and malnutrition among children in Gaza. One in three children below the age of two in Gaza are now acutely malnourished or "wasted." Noting that almost three-quarters of people experiencing catastrophic hunger are in northern Gaza Strip, the WFP called for a ceasefire to allow humanitarian staff and supplies to move freely and safely in the area.
