The 14th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) is 10 days away, and to celebrate, "As Spring Comes Along," a 10-minute film directed by China's Gu Xiaogang was released. The short weaves the tale of a pair of former lovers who reunite in their hometown, reminiscing about the past and contemplating their future through a shared love for cinema.

Scheduled to take place from April 18 to 26, this year's BJIFF promises a record-breaking scale with 4,273 entries from 118 countries and regions and 15 finalists for the prestigious Tiantan awards. Stay tuned.
