President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame led a commemoration ceremony in the capital, Kigali, on Sunday on the 30th anniversary of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.
Kagame lit a flame of remembrance and laid a wreath at a memorial site holding the remains of 250,000 genocide victims.
