Argentina: The French Bakery at the End of the World

In Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, there's a popular French bakery based in the Ramos General Store. It's the product of a family history that spans oceans and decades, dating back to when the grandfather of the building's current owner, María Cecilia Salomón, arrived from Lebanon in 1913. By introducing new French baking techniques into the old store, Enrique has taken over from María Cecilia and created a link between the past and present and between different culinary regions.
