On April 11, leaders from the U.S., Japan, and the Philippines are meeting in Washington to discuss security cooperation. Recently, the U.S. has been forming "small circles" in Asia, like Quad and AUKUS, to advance its geopolitical interests. However, this approach will undermine regional security and erode member states' strategic autonomy under the U.S. dominance.
