Ukraine, Latvia sign bilateral security agreement

Ukraine and Latvia signed a bilateral security agreement on Thursday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a statement.

"It envisages Latvia's annual military support for Ukraine at 0.25 percent of GDP," the statement said, adding that Latvia will undertake a 10-year commitment to support Ukraine in cyber defense, demining and unmanned technologies.
