U.S. President Joe Biden on Saturday said he condemns Iran's attacks against Israel in the strongest possible terms, according to a statement from the White House.
Biden said he reaffirmed the U.S.'s ironclad commitment to the security of Israel during a phone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, adding that he will convene G7 leaders to coordinate a united diplomatic response to Iran's attack.
The statement came after Iran launched a retaliatory attack on Saturday night local time after its consulate strike in Syria.
