Recently in an interview with CGTN, Neeshad Shafi, an environmentalist and policy-oriented social change advocate, expressed his view that China plays an absolutely crucial role in the transfer of low-carbon infrastructure. He said, "I think Chinese low carbon infrastructure, low carbon technologies are quite significant not only for the Middle East but globally to use and accept how their technologies are vast and very significant for us in moving towards low energy or transitioning towards low carbon emission systems, especially for energy sector."
