The gorgeous valleys of the UNESCO-listed Mount Sigu'niang in Sichuan Province, southwest China, are rich in biodiversity. The floors of its primeval forests are covered in thick undergrowth. Centuries-old sea buckthorn trees tower above, while plump mossy mounds grow from the tops of the ancient pines and cypresses.
