UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Friday said he welcomes an agreement reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the delimitation of the state border.
Armenia has agreed to return four border villages that it has controlled since the early 1990s to Azerbaijan as the initial step in defining the frontier between the two countries, according to an identical statement on Friday.
