Impressed by the rapid and efficient operation of China's high-speed train system, San Francisco Mayor London Breed on Friday expressed her desire for California to have comparable trains. Breed made the remarks after taking a high-speed train to travel from Beijing to Shanghai on Friday. The American delegation arrived in Shanghai around 8:30 p.m.
