This April, ancient bronze treasures from the Hubei Provincial Museum are on display at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco. The Hubei Provincial Museum is home to the Bianzhong (chime bells) of Marquis Yi of Zeng—the largest ancient musical instrument discovered worldwide. The bells represent the zenith of bronze casting technology from 2,400 years ago.
