In his speech at the opening ceremony of the Harvard Kennedy School China Conference 2024, Chinese Ambassador to the U.S. Xie Feng said China-U.S. cooperation can create incredible synergy and offer solutions to the global fight against climate change. He said global green capacity is in dire scarcity, emphasizing that the problem now is not "overcapacity" but "over-anxiety."
