A magnitude-6 earthquake jolted Taiwan's Hualien County on Tuesday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. At around 2:30 a.m. on April 23, Hualien County experienced two magnitude-6 quakes within six minutes, with Taipei also experiencing strong tremors.
