Russia and Ukraine held face-to-face negotiations regarding children in Doha through the mediation of Qatar for the first time, RIA reported on Wednesday, citing Russia's children's rights commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova.
The two sides reached an agreement that 29 children would return to Ukraine and 19 to Russia, the report said.
