U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in China for a three-day visit. What's the current state of the China-U.S. relationship? Has there been real progress made?
"I think certainly there (has been) progress. It is not as satisfactory, as we can see," said Wang Huiyao, the president of the Center for China and Globalization. "But what I think is the key is that we need to enhance the communication. We need to have more senior officials to come ... We should really have a whole society approach so that gradually we can stabilize."
