China plans to complete its first manned space mission to the moon by 2030. China's Manned Space Agency says rockets for manned lunar missions are currently undergoing ground-testing. Earlier, the chief designer of the country's lunar exploration program talked to CGTN and explained the importance of building an international lunar research station.
