Touru Hasuike, a former employee of Tokyo Electric Power Company, told CGTN that while the government's decision to release nuclear-contaminated water from Fukushima has been met with resistance, TV commercials showcasing the ALPS-treated water as harmless are still being aired. He believes that these commercials, using beautiful imagery, are part of the propaganda by TEPCO and the Japanese government.
