Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov says China is far-sighted in developing the green economy, and that many Chinese-made new energy vehicles are very popular in Belarus. He also says China's manufacturing capacity is not surplus, but an element in promoting the joint development of the two countries.
