At the ceremony, Peng Jianming, a member of the CMG editorial board and general manager of the general manager's office, delivered a speech. He highlighted the burgeoning vitality of micro-dramas as an emerging cultural industry form amid the rapid development of the internet. As a national mainstream media outlet, CMG is seizing the opportunity for micro-drama development and actively exploring new paths in this field through new media and new platforms. CMG's flagship new media platform, Yangshipin, has taken the lead in launching the micro-dramas "Chinese Mythology" and "AI Reads the Classics." CMG invites all parties to work together to inject new vitality into the micro-drama industry with a new ecosystem, witnessing a vibrant and dynamic China through micro-dramas.

The cooperation plan introduces and promotes the innovative "micro-drama+" model under four themes: "industry investment," "new quality communication," "traditional culture" and "hundred cities, hundred dramas." By bringing together key stakeholders from government departments, ministries and commissions, local governments, broadcasting platforms, production companies, industry funds and other entities, the plan aims to establish a brand-new ecosystem for the micro-drama industry. Through this collaborative effort, CMG and its partners will showcase China's development and progress through the lens of micro-dramas.
