As this month brings International Labor Day and China's Youth Day, CGTN invited youths from five countries – Poland, Russia, China, Armenia and Belarus – to talk about their expectations for their future careers.
Belarusian student Katrina is getting her master's in intercultural communication studies at Shanghai Theatre Academy. Thinking about future career aspirations, she shares with CGTN that a perfect job is one that would allow her to unleash her creativity and bring her artistic vision to life. In terms of technology's impact on future job prospects, Katrina believes AI may not adequately replicate certain elements integral to her creative process. She insists that humans' distinct qualities, insights and creative approaches make people indispensable and irreplaceable.
