French author and CEO of MINDEX, Moundhir Bechari, recently pointed out on CGTN Dialogue that France is striving to become the flagship force for building EU autonomy in terms of decision-making. He said that, economically speaking, if it could be concretized in any way, maybe "we can see the effectiveness for the people."
