China's Chang'e-6 mission started on May 3 and is now one step closer to reaching the goal of sample retrieval from the far side of the moon. On May 8, the Chang'e-6 probe implemented the peri-lune braking and entered lunar orbit. This braking procedure is one of the most important orbital control moves in Chang'e-6's entire flight.
