Chinese President Xi Jinping concluded his visit to France on Tuesday, the first leg of his six-day trip to Europe through Friday.

While jointly meeting the press with Macron on Monday, President Xi said China and France should carry forward the baton of history, champion the spirit that guided the establishment of their diplomatic ties and enrich it with the features of the new era, and embark on a new journey for the next 60 years of China-France relations.
