In the vast grasslands that line the banks of the Danube in Hungary, lives a remarkable creature. Characterized by their long, lyre-shaped horns and pale coats, it is the Hungarian Grey breed of cattle.

In April, these majestic animals made their annual migration from their winter habitats to summer pastures, grazing on the grasslands of Hortobágy National Park. This indigenous Hungarian species will roam the pastures until late October, contributing to the biodiversity and scenic beauty of the national park.
