Russia is celebrating the 79th anniversary of the 1945 victory over Nazi Germany during World War II. In Red Square in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin, along with leaders from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries, attended the military parade. Over 9,000 Russian soldiers and 70 pieces of weaponry and equipment participated in this year's Victory Day parade in Red Square.
