At least three people were killed and 10 others were injured after the entrance to a residential building collapsed in Belgorod, the Russian-language online newspaper Mash said on Sunday.
Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said a section of the apartment block crubled after being directly hit by Ukrainian shelling.
At least 10 people are suspected of being trapped under the rubble, Interfax reported.
