Fragments of a missile launched by Ukraine and downed by Russian air defense systems damaged an apartment block in Belgorod, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.

The ministry added that Ukraine carried out the attack using Tochka-U, Vampire and Olkha missiles and rockets.

Russian media said at least 3 people were killed after the entrance to the residential building collapsed, but there has been no official confirmation on the casualties yet.
