At least 19 people were killed in the Russian city of Belgorod following an air attack from Ukraine, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said in a Telegram post on Monday.
Among the fatalities, 15 people were killed in a residential building collapse after being struck by fragments of a Ukrainian missile, according to Russia's Defense Ministry.
Ukrainian officials have not responded to the claims.
