In northeast China's Liaoning Province, the sowing area for crops in 2024 has exceeded 2.7 million hectares, nearly 80 percent of the target set for this year.
Liaoning aims to enhance its overall grain production capacity by maintaining a stable sowing area of 3.5 million hectares and achieving a grain yield of approximately 25 billion kilograms, according to the Information Office of Liaoning Provincial People's Government.
