During the third Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit held in Beijing, CGTN spoke with Dilma Rousseff, the chair of the New Development Bank and former president of Brazil, on China's position in the global industrial chain and its modernization. Rousseff said the change in globalization implies a much stronger presence of China and that China's development is potentially giving rise to new productive forces, which will allow stability in trade and also an increase in the capacity of developing countries to reach certain commercial and investment levels.
