U.S. President Joe Biden has announced another sweeping set of tariffs against Chinese imports. Tariffs on electric vehicles, lithium batteries and semiconductors are set to jump to as much as 100 percent. That's on top of all the tariffs already in place. Li Yong, chief researcher at D&C Thinktank, says the move indicates that political America contradicts and undermines commercial America.
