Philippines' credibility comes under fire over BRP Sierra Madre


The Philippines reneged on its promise to tow away BRP Sierra Madre, a military vessel that was grounded on China's Ren'ai Jiao in 1999. Twenty-five years on, isn't it now time that the country honors its commitment? If the Philippines continues to act in this manner, its credibility is likely to suffer.
