An overnight Israeli airstrike killed a senior Hezbollah field commander who was allegedly responsible for many attacks against Israel, the Israel Defense Forces said on Wednesday in a social media post.
Lebanon's state news agency reported one day earlier that at least two people, including a Hezbollah field commander, were killed by an Israeli strike targeting a car in southern Lebanon's Tyre.
