German Ambassador to Russia Alexander Lambsdorff, who was recalled to Berlin for consultations in early May, has returned to Moscow, TASS news agency reported on Friday, citing a source in the German Foreign Ministry.
The ambassador was recalled after Germany alleged Russia had carried out cyberattacks against the Social Democratic Party of Germany and a number of German enterprises.
