Honey fragrance Tieguanyin tea is popular in Anxi County, southeast China's Fujian Province. In the past, tea makers used aged Tieguanyin tea and wild honey to make honey tea. Tea makers would heat the pot over a charcoal fire, add in wild honey and the aged tea at the appropriate time, and then stir the materials for more than an hour until the honey and tea were blended together and became crystal clear.
