The International Training Workshop of Precise Digital Orthodontics was hosted by China's Ministry of Science and Technology.
The session brought together 28 dentists from seven countries: Russia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Syria, Malaysia and Singapore in May.
Based on the first "Belt and Road" international training session on orthodontic diagnosis and treatment technology in 2018, this year's event focused on theory and practice in precise digital orthodontic diagnosis and treatment. Internationally renowned orthodontic experts from Chinese and international hospitals were invited to help the 28 dentists master the latest dental technologies.
The West China School of Stomatology at Sichuan University was founded in 1907. The school is known as the birthplace and cradle of modern dental medicine in China.
In 2018, the first "Belt and Road" International Training Course on Orthodontic Diagnosis and Treatment Technology was held at the West China School of Stomatology.
