Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi says "Taiwan independence" separatist activities are the most destructive elements to peace across the Taiwan Straits. Wang made the remarks while addressing a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Astana, Kazakhstan. Meanwhile, the Chinese Foreign Ministry has urged relevant countries and politicians to stop political manipulation on the Taiwan question.
