China Coast Guard (CCG) Fleet 2304 on Friday conducted law enforcement drills in waters east of Taiwan island to test its joint patrol and emergency response capabilities, Gan Yu, spokesperson for the CCG, said in a statement.
The exercise focuses on the training of verification and identification, as well as warning and expulsion, Gan said.
