The role of culture in the development of China's Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was in focus at an event held in the southern city of Shenzhen on Friday. Hundreds of delegates gathered at the Sub-forum on Cultural Strength and Development Opportunities of the Greater Bay Area in Shenzhen, which was held on the sidelines of the 2024 Forum on Building up China's Cultural Strength. High on the agenda was an exchange of ideas on fostering cultural exchanges, integration and cooperation between cities in the Greater Bay Area.
