Laojunying Snack Street in Taiyuan, the capital of north China's Shanxi Province, has seen a soaring number of visitors amid the first summer heat wave. Customers are standing in long queues in front of many stores, waiting to have a bite of their favorite snacks. With a history of more than 30 years, Laojunying Snack Street now has over 100 food stores, offering almost all kinds of snacks from across the country.
